The Fountains at Punta Gorda is being developed by IRIS Consulting Group, LLC as a new type of memory care community, where housing will be reserved exclusively for residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia or other memory-related issues. Up to 40 residents will have the opportunity to age in place and have future access to long-term care services as needed. The care will be compassionate and specifically focused to meet the variety of needs and challenges that this unique group encounters.


Located on nearly 3.5 acres of land in a Punta Gorda neighborhood, the FAPG building will be a single, one-story structure, approximately 20,000 square feet in size. Its style, both interior and exterior, will have a very residential look and feel, blending harmoniously with the surrounding homes and buildings. The grounds of the property will offer beautiful landscaping, including private courtyards, serenity gardens, cascading fountains and gathering places, for residents and their visitors to enjoy.

This $29 million upscale, elegant community will feature a variety of amenities for seniors, including an arts and crafts room, beauty salon, movie theater, cyber café, and exercise room.  The exterior layout will consist of an outdoor, second-floor country kitchen, a large courtyard accessible for memory care and assisted living residents, a putting green, outdoor grills, and beautiful landscaping to enjoy.


With an expected groundbreaking in November 2017, this project will be a welcomed addition to this eclectic and thriving community.







IRIS Consulting Group, LLC has established a Joint Venture partnership and will act as Developer for this upscale, high-end multi-family project, located in Port Charlotte, Florida.  The 288 units consist of 88 one-bedroom units, 168 two-bedroom units and 32 three-bedroom units located in 12 three-story buildings. The site, approximately 13.4 acres, enjoys a beautiful lake on the north end of the property, offering gorgeous views for many of the tenants.
