TALMADGE PROFESSIONAL CENTER – TOLEDO, OHIO

 

Mr. Leitner purchased this vacant multi-storied medical office center located at the busiest intersection in Northwest Ohio, to accommodate the large need for Class A medical office space. He immediately added approximately 12,000 square feet to the existing 26,000 square feet for a large cardiology practice. The remainder of the building provides offices spaces for oral surgery, plastic surgery and general denistry.

 

REGENCY MEDICAL COMPLEX – TOLEDO, OHIO

 

This medical complex is one of the area’s most prestigious, with three separate buildings, each having approximately 44,000 square feet of Class A medical office space. Tenants of these suites are currently offering MRI diagnostics, radiology, pain management, cardiology, and general, maxillofacial and oral surgeries to their patients. Mr. Leitner worked with the original developer to bring in new tenants for maximum occupancy.

 

MIXED USE

 

COVINGTON GREENS DEVELOPMENT – FINDLAY, OHIO

 

Mr. Leitner developed this 80-plus acre site located near a highly visible retail corridor in Findlay, Ohio, to become a mixed-use site, including retail space, multi-family apartments and single-family homes. The development is home to Covington Greens Apartments, a 160-unit, market rate project that is well received in the market. A 12,000 Huntington Bank branch office abuts the 40-plus single and twin villa residential homes. Among the retailers are Ashley Furniture, Center for Autism and Dyslexia, and Anytime Fitness.

COMMERCE BUSINESS PARK / SPRINGFIELD COMMONS – HOLLAND, OHIO

 

Mr. Leitner was part of the original development team for this 66 plus acre mixed use site in Holland, Ohio. The retail portion of the project, approximately 40 acres, was partially sectioned off and sold to a national REIT who successfully completed a 270,000 retail center anchored by Kohl’s, Gander Mountain, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Mattress Firm. The business part of development, approximately 26 acres is home to national brands of restaurants and businesses, including Texas Roadhouse, Honey Baked Ham, Allstate Insurance, Dana Corporation, Johnson Controls and Trane Corporation. Mr. Leitner’s companies designed and built the majority of the buildings within the business park.

 

MULTI-FAMILY

 

HALEY APARTMENTS – ANN ARBOR, MICHIGAN

 

Mr. Leitner was the original developer for this 160-unit market rate apartment complex located in the northern section of Ann Arbor, Michigan. Strategically located and developed to take advantage of the surrounding waterways and beautiful scenery, this project was enthusiastically accepted into the community for both its aesthetics and concept.

 

FAULKWOOD SHORES CONDOS – HOWELL, MICHIGAN

 

Mr. Leitner was the developer for this 68-unit condominium project located on Faulkwood Shores Golf Course. The majority of these units were two-story with patios and balconies, and breathtaking views of the golf course. Leitner’s companies designed and built this project.

 

RESIDENTIAL

 

STONE RIDGE COUNTRY CLUB – BOWLING GREEN, OHIO

 

Mr. Leitner worked as an integral part of the original development of this upscale Northwest Ohio project that is home to a championship golf course, designed by renowned Architect Arthur Hills. During the course of the first five years of the development, Leitner designed and built more than one hundred single-family homes and twin villa condos within the country club neighborhood.

 

ASHBURY HILLS SUBDIVISION – BOWLING GREEN, OHIO

 

Mr. Leitner revived this 100-unit senior housing subdivision from the original developer, who failed after building approximately twelve units. The concept brought to the project by Leitner included finishing the neighborhood amenities, ponds and infrastructure, and building twin villa homes that were desirable in the market for the senior-age buyers. Mr. Leitners companies designed and built approximately 85 of the homes.
